Kwesi Keli-Delataa is a co-founder of Darko, Keli-Delataa & Co.  He acts and advises on a wide range of commercial cases with particular emphasis on contractual, financial services disputes, investment disputes, professional negligence and judicial reviews.  Kwesi has managed many highly complex commercial litigation projects involving both domestic and international clients in the corporate, institutional and private spheres.

Prior to co-founding Darko, Keli-Delataa & Co., Kwesi practiced with one of Ghana’s premier law firms, where he worked as a Barrister and Solicitor in the Public Law department and  was responsible for Public law litigation and advocacy, legal policy research and education. Kwesi also worked as Research Associate with the E-Ghana Consortium, a group with a mandate to develop the legislative framework for e-governance in Ghana.

Kwesi also teaches the Law of Torts and Jurisprudence at the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and has significant publications in constitutional and investment law.
